Position Description:
8H day shift - This position is cross campus to Beverly Hospital and Addison Gilbert Hospital Gloucester.
Position Summary:

• This role operates within a multidisciplinary team to provide direct patient care for patients in need of active treatment at our ambulatory clinic.
• Supports ambulatory adult hematology/oncology, and medical day care populations Placement and maintenance of PIV and Centrally Implanted Venous Access Devices Maintains continuity of treatment based care from laboratory draws/monitoring, symptom management, to administration of chemotherapy and biotherapies
• Provides IV supportive care including therapeutic phlebotomies, blood products and IV fluids -Ongoing patient and family education and reinforcement Requirements
• Minimum of 2 year of RN experience.
• Superior assessment skills, competent in peripheral IV placement and care; central line access and maintenance.
• Current Massachusetts RN license required.
• BLS-AHA required. OCN/ONS preferred.
• No locals accepted.
• Epic experience required.
• Travel highly preferred.

Must be separated from BILH for 6 months, and in good standing, to be considered. No monitor techs available. Will be required to pass relias testing during onboarding (2 attempts) and day one pass/fail testing.
