JOB DESCRIPTION
Condell - CT
• About Facility
• Libertyville, IL
• Level 1 Trauma Center
• Level II NICU
• Teach Hospital
• Magnet Designation
• Primary Stroke Center
• Bed: 273
• AAH will require the Covid vaccine.
• General Information
• Beds: 4
• Experience: 2 years
• First-time traveler: Upon review
• Approx 50 patients/shift
• Patient Types:
• Inpatient/Outpatient; General CT and Vascular patients
• Covid & PPE:
• appropriate PPE provided
• Patient Ratios:
• 1:1
• Required Certifications:
• BLS, ACR and IEMA certs, all are required
• Skills required
• General CT and vascular, Client equipment experience (preferred)
• EPIC experience is a must
• Support on the Unit:
• Supervisor
• Charting System/Equipment:
• EPIC
• Floating:
• None
• Orientation:
• at least one shift to learn flow
• Scheduling:
• Weekend rotation: Alternating weekends required
• On call: 2-3 call shifts required per month (max.)
• Holiday Expectations: none
