REQUIREMENTS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE.
MUST HAVE STRONG LIVER, HEART, LUNG & KIDNEY TRANSPLANT EXPERIENCE REFLECTED ON SKILLS CHECKLIST. DO NOT SUBMIT WITHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE.

MUST BE PROFICIENT IN MISONIX/CUSA.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE PUTTING ORGANS BACK IN THE NEW PATIENT, NOT JUST HARVESTING.

Years of experience REQ: 2 years of direct LIVER/TRANSPLANT OR RN experience required

First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Y

Certs REQ: AHA or client ACLS, BLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)

Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? 1 shift per week and (2) 12-hour weekend shifts per month – Nurse manager will discuss at time of interview

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes

Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) – N

Pending License accepted: (Y/N) Y

RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission.

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs for 3x12's – 40 hrs for 8/10's

Special Requirements: Please make sure traveler is aware that there are time sensitive modules that need to be prioritized first once confirmed for an assignment. Please do not delay.

Include all RTO upfront in submission - Any RTO added later will likely not be approved by the client

SMOKE FREE FACILITY: All travelers must be Nicotine free, no exceptions! Negative 10 Panel Nicotine (cotinine) DS required
