JOB DESCRIPTION
Physical Therapist - Outpatient

About Facility:
o This is a hospital affiliated outpatient therapy clinic specializing in occupational, physical, and speech therapy.
Department Information:
o Census? Average patients/day? 10-15 patients per day. This clinic schedules 30 min intervals and dovetails patients. Complex evaluations will be 1-hour, simple evals and treatments will be 30 min.
o Minimum Years of Experience required? Prefer 1 year of relevant experience
o Will you accept a first-time traveler? No
Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
o General orthopedics, debility, stroke/CVA, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, fractures
Required License, National Certification, Certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:
o Licensed in the state of Georgia, BLS

o This location has 3 therapists, 1 Lead Therapist, 1 Office Coordinator and 2 Rehab Aides on site.

Scheduling:
o Weekend rotation: No

o RTO Requests: Manager to approve
o Shift times: 5-8 s or 4-10 s (clinic may determine day off that will be consistent throughout assignment)
o Schedule cycle (how many weeks): 13
