Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health

Location: North Princeton, New Jersey
Employment Type: Contract (13 Week)
(8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a high-volume Home Health role in the North Princeton, NJ area. The ideal candidate must be comfortable managing multiple patient visits daily while maintaining accurate and timely documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans
• Complete and maintain accurate OASIS documentation
• Manage a daily caseload of 5–6 patient visits
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Active New Jersey RN License (Required)
• BLS from AHA
• Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience
• Strong experience with OASIS documentation (Required)
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload efficiently
• Must be a local candidate OR a true traveler (commuting >40 minutes)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Schedule Requirements:

• Must be available to work 1 weekend out of every 4
• Flexible schedule based on patient needs
