Home Health RN – Princeton North OR Princeton South Territory

Local Contract | New Jersey

GHR Healthcare is seeking experienced Home Health RNs for a local contract opportunity supporting either the Princeton North territory OR the Princeton South territory.

Candidates will be assigned to ONE territory only — not both.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys true home health, autonomy in the field, and the flexibility to structure their day while still having strong operational support.

Princeton North Territory

Candidates must live locally within or near the Princeton North coverage area.

Candidates must live locally within or near the Princeton South coverage area.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey RN License
• Must be a LOCAL candidate
• Minimum 2+ years of true home health experience
• Recent OASIS experience required
  • Must have worked with updated OASIS documentation from January 2025 to present
• Strong documentation and time management skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced home health environment

Additional Details

• $65/hr pay rate
• 1 weekend every 4 weeks required
