Job Title: Nurse Coordinator
Location: Camden, NJ
Duration: 8 weeks
Shift: Day Shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

MUST HAVE: Outpatient surgical clinic experience required

Job Description:
This role coordinates all clinical aspects of care within a specialized center of excellence, working closely with neurosurgeons and multidisciplinary teams in an outpatient surgical clinic setting.

The coordinator will demonstrate strong clinical expertise in neurological care, assist with weekly conferences, ensure protocol adherence, and provide patient-centered education and care coordination.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate clinical care for neurosurgical patients, specifically brain tumor cases
Collaborate with neurosurgeons and interdisciplinary teams
Assist in organizing weekly case conferences and follow-ups
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and treatment pathways
Provide education to patients, families, peers, and community/first responders
Support outpatient surgical clinic operations
Float to Cherry Hill location as required

Requirements:
Active New Jersey RN License required
BSN required
Brain tumor experience required
Outpatient surgical clinic experience required (must have)
Minimum 3 years neurosurgical nursing experience preferred
EPIC experience required

Additional Information:
No on-call or weekend requirements
40 hours per week guaranteed
