- Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
- Shift: Nights – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Schedule Requirement: Every Other Weekend (EOW) Required
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week travel assignment in a high-volume trauma facility in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate must have strong critical care and trauma experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent RRT experience
- Active RRT credential required
- Experience in a high-volume trauma hospital strongly preferred
- BLS, ACLS, and any state-required certifications must be active
- Ability to work independently in critical and emergency situations
Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with cardiopulmonary and respiratory conditions
- Administer respiratory therapies and oxygen treatment
- Manage ventilators and airway support equipment
- Respond to emergency respiratory situations and trauma cases
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to provide quality patient care
- Accurately document patient care and treatment plans
