Occupational Therapist
Shift: 7:00-3:30p
40 hours a week
INCLUDES SOME SATURDAYS
No on-call
OT license required (GA)
Peds and Neuro Rehab preferred
BLS required
Common Patient Diagnosis: Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Cancer Rehab
Number of Beds/Patients: 28
Inpatient pediatric rehabilitation
*NICOTINE FREE FACILITY* must be tested with drug screen.
CHOA will require the flu vaccination. They WILL NOT accept ANY exemptions (this includes medical/religious). Please do not submit if your candidate cannot receive a flu vaccine.
