· Number of Beds -2 Cath Labs

· Number of Staff – 2 monitor techs, 2 RNS; 2 techs

· Type of staff:

o Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)manager, director tect x4, RN x 2

o Night Shift – N/A (except for callbacks)

· Patient Ratios – 1:1

· Type of equipment – IABP, Impella, stents, balloons, IVUS, FFR, Ultrasound

· EMR -Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· IABP Impella experience

· Interventional Cath Perpherial/Coronary experience

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· EP

·

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

· Heart caths, interventions, pacemakers, AICD, Watchman, EP ablations

· Perpherial venous/arterial

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

· ACLS. RCIS

Floating Area(s):

· IR; ICU if competency; Pre/post PACU cath

Dress Code :

· Scrub Color/Attire - Navy

Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

· 30 minute response time for callbacks

Weekends and On call(if any)

· Every other weekend on call; every other night on call during week
