Position Details
Northside Hospital Forsyth is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for its outpatient multidisciplinary rehabilitation department. The team includes Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology, along with several specialty therapy programs.
Specialty Services Include
- Certified Hand Therapy (CHT)
- Wound Care
- Lymphedema Therapy
- Vestibular Rehabilitation
- Aquatic Therapy
- Sports Rehabilitation
- Parkinson's Programs
- Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) & FEES Studies
Requirements
- Minimum 15–18 months of recent experience within specialty required
- Active AHA BLS certification required
- Lymphedema certification preferred
