- Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)
- 1 CNC, 6 RNS, 3 PCTS
- Night Shift –
- 1 CNC, 5 RNS, 3 PCTS
- Patient Ratios – 6:1
- Type of equipment – Traction
- EMR - Meditech
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Med/Surg/Ortho experience
- BLS
- Familiar with traction
- Spine, Hip, Joint Precautions
- ACLS
