Monday-Thursday 6:45am-5:15pm or Mon-Friday 6:45am-3:15pm. MUST HAVE LICENSE AT TIME OF SUBMISSION

Number of Beds – 9 Operating Rooms
Number of Staff – 50
Type of staff:
- Day Shift – 1 CNC, 7 RN, 7 surgical techs
- Night Shift – 1 CNC/RN, 1 surgical tech
Patient Ratios – 1:1
Type of equipment – DaVinci Robot
EMR - Meditech

Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

At least 2 years current experience
First Assist experience with DaVinci Robot, Ortho Spine, Gynecology, Neurology, and General Surgery

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

Spine and Neurosurgery instrument experience
CNOR certificuation
Strong physician relationship and communication skills

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

Lumbar/Cervical Spine procedures
Spinal Fusion and Instrumentation Cases
Robotic General, Gynecological and Urological procedures
Craniotomy and Neurosurgery Procedures

Best personality Fit:

Surgical anticipatory skills, strong communication and critical thinking skills, self-directed, collaborative

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

RN license, RNFA certification; BLS/ACLS

Floating Area(s):

Los Robles Hospital main OR and Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital (TOSH).

Dress Code :

Scrub Color/Attire - hospital provided scrubs

Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

AORN guidelines

Weekends and On call(if any)

Overtime should be anticipated and might include staying longer to finish a case.
