Description

Job Title: PT Home Health
Location: Moraine OH
Shift: Day (5x8 Hours) 8:00 17:00
This is a full-time position. M – F, no weekends required, but flexible scheduling allows weekend visits if clinician chooses.
The weekly productivity expectation is 7 visits/day or 35 visits per week. Geographic location of the position covers downtown Cincinnati, Indian Hill, Colerain Twp., Norwood, Forest Park, and Sayler Park

1 year PT experience required
Patient population – adults, geriatrics
State licensure required
CPR required
Home Care Home Base is EMR system used – facility will provide training if candidate does have prior experience with this system
