· Number of Beds: 4 rooms, 1 patient per room
· Number of Staff: 22, consist RN' and Techs
· Type of Staff:
o Day Shift: Director, manager minimum 3 staff members per room,
o Night Shift: On-call team, 4 staff members on STEMI call,
· Patient Ratios - 1:1
· Type of Equipment: all Client rooms
· Documentation System: Meditech and MacLab
· Call Requirements: Maximum 15 days call during critical periods
Typical Hiring Profile
Must have: (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role)
· BLS, ACLS
·
List Typical Procedures Performed on Unit(s):
· Cardiac Cath, Cerebella angiograms, stents, Balloons, ENT Lab, scrubbing
Additional Preferences: (ex: previous travel experience preferred, easily adaptable to fast paced unit, can function well independently)
· RCIS
· ARRT
Dress Code:
· Scrub Color – Surgical Scrubs, Unit will provide

· Huddle calls daily, development of relationships with Director, staff and patients paramount
· Gold seal of approval, well run department, excellent Director
