Description

This is a hospital based outpatient rehabilitation clinic. patient diagnosis include lymphedema, cog eval/treatment and other musculoskeletal and neurological diagnosis.

Shift: 8D/40W
Hours: 8-5:00p
Call Requirement: No
Weekend Requirement: No
Float Requirement: No, unless low patient census require covering other sites

Certifications Required: BLS (AHA), MI State License
Experience Required: Lymphedema, Manual Therapy, Hand Therapy

Required years of experience: 1 years; must have travel experience
EPIC experience required.
Daily Patient Load: 10-11
Patient Groups: Adults required, adolescent preferred
