· Number of Beds: 18 OR suites plus 2 Minor Rooms
· Number of Staff:
· Type of Staff: AORN Staffing recommendations with support staff such as orderlies, anesthesia techs, unit secretaries.

· Patient Ratios – 1:1
· Type of Equipment: varies per service line specialties
· Documentation System: Meditech
· Call Requirements: 24 hours Trauma Service, 12 hour shifts, alternate weekends, on call assignments
Typical Hiring Profile
Must have: (includes certifications and special skills, ex: ACLS, BLS, NIH)
· ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC
· Minimum of 2 years experience
· Ability to circulate Trauma, General, Orthopedic, Neuro, Vascular procedures
· Meditech required
List Typical Procedures Performed on Unit(s):
· Total Joint procedures, Robotic gynecology oncology, Craniotomy procedures
