Radiologic Technologist – Travel Assignment

Position: Radiologic Technologist
Department: ATJA – Alpharetta Radiology (Job ID: 1434J)
Location: 3400 Old Milton Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30005
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

Schedule

• Shift: Days
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Shift Pattern: 5 x 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with physician orders and department protocols.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain examination processes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to radiation safety and infection control standards.

Requirements

• Active Radiologic Technologist certification/licensure as required by the state and facility.
• ARRT certification preferred/required per facility standards.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent radiology experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of radiographic equipment and imaging procedures.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Additional Information

• Local candidates are not accepted if residing within 50 miles of the facility.
