Assignment Overview- Position: Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER)
- Facility: Wilmington Hospital
- Location: Wilmington, DE
- Unit: Emergency Nursing – Wilmington
- Assignment Type: Travel RN
- Start Date: July 7, 2026
- Schedule: 12-Hour Day Shifts
- Hours: 36 Hours per Week
- Active Delaware RN License or Compact RN License required.
- Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience required (no exceptions).
- Recent Epic EMR experience required.
- Maximum 3 days RTO permitted.
- Shift: 12-Hour Days
- Weekly Hours: 36 Hours
- Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd Weekend
- Holiday Requirement: Every Other Holiday
- Call Requirement: None
- Float Requirement: Required to float within assigned acuity areas as needed.

- Fast turnaround for qualified candidates.
- Emergency Department serving a diverse patient population with varying levels of acuity.
- Fast-paced environment requiring strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Collaboration with physicians, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams.
