Number of Beds : 30 Operating rooms with 2 CVORs
Patient Ratios : 1:1
Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 RN and 1 CST to each room

Documentation system: Epic
Scheduling requirements:
Floating policy: No floating to other units
Patient Experience requirements:
Hospital Specifics-
Certifications: Certification in surgical technologist
Hiring profile
Requested Skill Set:
Must have: at least 2 years of CVOR experience
Advanced skills needed:
Procedures performed on unit: CABG, TAVR, AVR, MVR, thoracic surgery, AAA repair
Certifications Required: Certification in surgical technologist
Dress Code: (Required uniform)
Ceil blue scrubs, provided by self
