RN – Labor & Delivery | Christiana Hospital (Newark, DE)
Assignment Overview- Facility: Christiana Hospital
- Location: Newark, DE
- Unit: Labor & Delivery (L&D)
- Assignment Type: Travel RN
- Hours: 36 hours/week
- Shift: 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Call Requirement: None
- Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend (EOW)
- Holiday Requirement: Yes
- Float Requirement: Yes – Within unit acuity (Antenatal, High Risk OB, OB Triage, Postpartum)
- Active Delaware RN License or Compact RN License (required).
- Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience (no exceptions).
- RN License Number and Expiration Date.
- List of all certifications with expiration dates.
- Full SSN, Date of Birth, and Address.
- All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be submitted with the initial application (no additions after submission).
- Surgical Technologists must hold an active certification (if applicable).
- Voice Advantage (VA) Auto Offer
- Voice Advantage Interview Required
- Nurse Manager Screening/Interview
- Unit: Labor & Delivery
- Beds: 21–30
- Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 (based on patient acuity)
- Charting System: Cerner
- Scrub Color: Ceil Blue (hospital provided)
