• Beds: 4 ORs

• Experience? 2 year

• First-time traveler? Yes

• Patient Types:

• GYN, General, ENT, Urology, Ortho, Podiatry, Vascular

• Required Certifications:

• RN: BLS, ACLS, PALS

• CST: BLS

• Skills required

• CST – Ability to scrub a variety of cases

• RN's Mostly just circulate only some of our RN's scrub to act as surgical tech or retract

• Charting System/Equipment:

• EPIC, Pyxis, Alaris pumps

• Floating:

• Southern Lakes and Burlington Hospital rotation per contract

• Orientation:

• 1 day of orientation

• Scheduling:

• Weekend rotation – On Call every 4th weekend

• Can we approve time off? No

• Call: Once per week and every 4th weekend
