· Number of Beds - 10

· Number of Staff – 12

· Type of staff:

o Day Shift – 1 charge 7a-7p, 1 AM RN 7a-7p

o Night Shift – 1 charge 7p-7a, 1 PM RN 7p-7a

· Patient Ratios – 1:4-5

· Type of equipment – Phillips monitors, HillRom beds, Omnicell, Client EKG machine, Lifepak 20e defibrillator, Lucas device, Verathon bladder scanner

· EMR – Meditech Expanse

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· 3 years recent ICU experience

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· Previous experience as charge role (not necessarily to charge here, but to know they can multi-task and think independently)

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

· STEMI protocol, Stroke protocol, Conscious Sedation, Chest Tubes, Codes, Intubation,

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
