• Stroke Center: Yes

Department Information:  Average patients/day: 50-75 for department

Minimum Years of Experience required: 2 required, 3 preferred

Will you accept a first-time traveler: yes if well qualified

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:  ED, Inpatient, Outpatient, stroke, chest, procedural, trauma,

Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:

• BLS
• RT (R)(CT)
• IEMA

Skills required: IV starts, stroke and chest pain work ups, trauma

Support within the Department:

• Hospitalist 24/7
• Intensivist 24/7
• Trauma team 24/7

Technology/Equipment:  EMR: EPIC

Department specific Equipment: Client CT scanners. Experience required

Floating: If yes, where:  none

Orientation (facility and unit) :

• NEO
• Precepted shifts: 1 week

Scheduling:

• Weekend rotation: every 4 th weekend
• On call: Yes 8-week rotation, discussed in interview
• Holiday Expectations: per unit needs
• RTO: Manager to approve
• Shift times: 10-1830
• Schedule cycle: 8 weeks
