Title: CT/Rad Tech Dual Modality

Location: Matthews North Carolina 28104

Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 10hr Night Shift - 40 Shift Information: 1930-0600 Clinical Interviewing- No On Call, Call Back Requirements: None Weekend Rotation: Weekend Call and Holiday Rotation - discussed during interview Holiday Requirements: Travelers will work 75% of holidays Floating Requirements: None

Radius rule: Traveler s permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit

Department Information:
Minimum Years of Experience required: at least 1 year

Will you accept a first-time traveler: Yes

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Will see a variety of diagnoses across ED, Inpatient and Outpatient areas

Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:

All modalities will require photo ID – collected during compliance process
BLS is required for all; NC State Licensure is not required
Rad Tech: BLS; ARRT(R)
CT Tech: BLS; ARRT(R) (CT)
Dual Modality CT/DX: BLS; ARRT (R)(CT)
MRI Tech: BLS; ARRT(R) or NMTCB, ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT
US Tech: BLS; ARDMS (no specific anatomy cert required) or ARRT
Nuc Med Tech: BLS; ARRT-N or NMTCB

Skills required: Varies based on modality – discussed during interview

Support within the Department: Nursing, Transport

Technology/Equipment:

EMR: EPIC
Department specific Equipment: Siemens, Client

Floating: If yes, where: N/AOrientation (facility and unit):

NEO – online courses
3-5 days departmental depending on modality

Scheduling:

Weekend rotation: depends on position – discussed during interview
Call Required: Depends on modality – discussed during interview
Holiday Expectations: Travelers will work 75% of holidays
RTO: Manager approval
Shift times: Varies with modality. This will be listed on the e-form request
Schedule cycle: every 4 weeks
