• Typical Census- 180-230 including W&CH
• Number of Case Managers (currently)- 6 total

• 1 CM weekend option, F/Sa/Su, 7a-7p
• 4-5 CM M-F, 8a-4:30p

• Type of staff: See above
• Patient Ratios – 1:40 M-F
• Type of equipment – Laptops, cell phones
• EMR – MediTech; Midas

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role

• Case Management experience
• Midas/InterQual use
• Licensed Masters

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Knowledge of area resources
• NATE

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Interviewing patients/families face-to-face
• MDRs on each unit, every day
• InterQual reviews on every patient; Observation reviews, DPEs, Discharge planning

Floating Area(s):

• Entire Hospital, including W&CH and ED

Dress Code:

• Scrub Color/Attire - Caribbean Blue scrubs/white jacket

Weekends

• Rotating Weekends, Sat & Sun, 8-4:30
