Unit Specifics:

· Number of Beds : 12 OR suites including 2 CVOR's

· Patient Ratios :1:1

· Unit staffing description- AORN Staffing recommendations with support staff such as orderlies, anesthesia techs, unit secretaries.

· Type of equipment : varies per service line specialties

· Documentation system: Meditech

· Scheduling requirements: 24 hours Trauma Service, varying shift times available: 8's, 10's, 12's, alternate weekends, on call assignments

· Floating policy: As applicable for skillset pending volume

· Patient Experience requirements: Minimum of 2 yrs

· Certifications: BLS/ ACLS

Hiring profile

Requested Skill Set: Ability to circulate Trauma, General, Orthopedic, Neuro, Vascular procedures.

Must have :

Procedures performed on unit: Total Joint procedures, orthopedic trauma, robotic general including bariatrics, robotic urology, Craniotomy procedures, ENT, plastics

Certifications Required: BLS/ ACLS

Dress Code : (Required uniform)
Uniform provided by facility for in house use only
