Location: Methodist Hospital Landmark
Shift Time: Start Time: 07:00 AM End Time: 03:00 PM
Shift Type: Day Shift
Address: 5510 Presidio Parkway
Floor: 2nd floor
General Information

Number of Beds - 13
Number of Staff – 7
o Day Shift – (1 CNC, 3 Preop RNs,1 Phase 2 RN, and 1 PCT)
o Night Shift –(closed for night shift)
Patient Ratios – 3:1
Type of equipment – EKGs, glucometer, bedside monitoring
EMR -yes electronic records
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Meditech Magic experience
PreOp experience
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Competent in PreOp/phase 2 experience
Able to take rotating week day and weekend call
Excellent IV skills
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
General Surgery, Orthopedics, Plastics, Cath Lab

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
BLS

PreOp, Phase 2, and PAT
Dress Code:
Scrub Color/Attire - Navy
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
Weekends and On call(if any)
Rotating Weekend call is from Saturday 0700-Monday 0700; 1 weekend every 4-5 weeks
