Shift: Night Shift, 12*4 48hours/week

• Shift: Straight Nights

• Schedule: Holidays / On-Call / Callback / Charge per unit needs

• License: NY RN License ONLY

• Certification: AHA BLS ONLY

• Experience: Minimum 2 years

• Conduct intake assessments and gather patient/family history.

• Provide nursing care and develop individualized care plans.

• Assess medical/emotional status and support behavioral health treatment plans.

• Administer psychotropic medications and monitor patient responses.

• Coordinate additional medical care as needed.

• Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

• Monitor vital signs/pain and provide appropriate interventions.

• Document patient care, treatments, labs, and physician orders accurately.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and complete required administrative duties.
