Day Shift – 1 charge, 4 RN, 1 paramedic, and 1-3 sitters
Night Shift – 1 charge, 4 RN, 1 paramedic, and 1-3 sitters
Patient Ratios – 1:4
Type of equipment – Level 1, Lucas, Welch Allen vital sign machines, Client bed side monitors, and EKG machines.

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
ACLS
PALS OR ENPC (must have one or the other)
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
TNCC
ATCN/CEN Certification
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Acute care and assessment of ER patients (Level III trauma center, accredited chest pain center, primary stroke center).
IV initiation, blood collection, blood transfusions, medication administration, resuscitation of adults and pediatric patients, care of behavioral health patients, assist with intubation, restraint application, assist with splinting, and moderate sedation.
Best personality Fit:
Likes a family like atmosphere with a great team. Must be team orientated and willing to be flexible with where they are placed on the unit (triage, resus rooms etc.)
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
ACLS, BLS, PALS or ENPC
TNCC
NIH Certification
Weekends and On call(if any)
Weekends are required (2 a month minimum). No call.
