Number of Staff – 2 RNs 24/7, 1 medic 40 hours a week, 1 MD 24/7, 1 Radiology tech 24/7, 1 security guard 24/7
Type of staff:
Day Shift – 2 RNs
Mid Shift-1 paramedic
Night Shift – 2 RNs
Patient Ratios – 1:4
Type of equipment -Client monitors, Baxter pumps
EMR - Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
1-year minimum of current ED RN experience
BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC and ENPC
PALS will be accepted in lieu of ENPC
CPI Blue Card
Ability to work mid-shift/night shift
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
ER charge RN experience
Willingness to float between ED Departments
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
EKGs, IVs, and medication administration
Conscious sedation and wound care
