Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
> 2 years FSED/ED experience
Proficiency with tough sticks, large bore IVs, blood cultures, triage and monitoring
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
> 2 years ED/FSED experience
Can work with minimal oversight
