o Day Shift – 2 RNs
o Mid Shift – 1 RN
o Night Shift – 2 RNs
Patient Ratios – 1:5
Type of equipment – fully functional ED
EMR - Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Proficiency in Meditech.
Strong triage skill and efficient in prioritizing patient care
Comfortable and proficient in managing patients of all ages
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Experience in Level 1 and 2 trauma center settings.
Ability to assist in obstetric deliveries in the emergency room.
Familiar with rapid sequence intubation techniques.
Proficiency in setting up for mechanical ventilation
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Splinting.
Moderate sedation.
Chest tube insertion.
Placement of central lines.
Arterial blood gas.
Lumbar puncture.
Nebulizer treatments

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NIHSS, CPI
Floating Area(s):
Main Emergency Department and other sister Freestanding Emergency Departments.

Scrub Color/Attire - Royal blue

Weekends and On call(if any)
Work every other weekend
