• Patient Population: Adult inpatient & outpatient

• Experience: 1 year recent IR experience required

• License: NYS RN License required

• Required Certifications:

  • BLS

  • ACLS

• Required Experience:

  • Telemetry experience

  • Interventional Radiology experience

• Responsibilities:

  • Pre-procedure patient preparation

  • Intra-procedure monitoring

  • Post-procedure recovery, including PACU and 23-hour extended stay

  • Care for patients undergoing biopsies, embolizations, ablations, angiography, drain placements, and other image-guided procedures

  • Support critical embolization response for trauma patients

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment

• Additional: Hospital-issued and laundered scrub pants/tops required in procedural areas, along with other infection-prevention measures.
