Title: LVN / LPN
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: 1425 Portland Ave Bldg 3 Rochester, NY 14621
Schedule: Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)/Day 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)

• Shift: 7 PM–7 AM, alternating with 7 AM–7 PM

• Contract: 13 weeks

• Experience: Recent acute care experience within the last 2 years

• License: Active NY Single-State LPN license required; pending license not accepted

• Certification: BLS required

• Charting: EPIC experience required

• Ratio: 1:5–6

• Weekend: Every other weekend

• Holiday: Every other holiday, if needed

• Travelers: First-time travelers accepted

• Locals: Accepted at $10 less

• RTO/Block: Submit requests with initial submission

• Cancellation: Up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract

• Floating: Within skillset required

• Scrubs: Navy blue and white combination

Required Skills: Independent patient assignment with RN support, blood product administration, central/PICC/peripheral line care, phlebotomy, IV starts and maintenance, HFNC, oxygen administration, tracheostomy care, feeding tubes, heparin protocols, pacemakers, telemetry monitoring, rapid response/code teams, isolation precautions, wound care/wound vacs, Med-Surg/Telemetry, orthopedic trauma, total joint replacements, and surgical drains.

Unit: Complex care unit covering medicine, orthopedic overflow, and complex long-term patients.
