Title: CT Technologist
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: 601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14642
Schedule: Night Shift 4*10s 40hours/week

• Shift: Monday–Thursday, 9:30 PM–8:00 AM EST (4x10-hour shifts)

• On-Call/Callback: Required

• Holidays: As per unit needs

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of CT experience

• Trauma Experience: Level 1 Trauma Center experience required

• Required Certifications: ARRT, AHA BLS

• License: Active NYS license required before start

• Education: Completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program

• Required Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Verify patient identity and imaging orders before scanning.

  • Coordinate with physicians for diagnostic imaging.

  • Prepare and position patients safely for CT scans.

  • Perform IV insertion when required.

  • Document procedures in EPIC and ensure images are properly uploaded to PACS.

  • Maintain a clean and safe scanning environment.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • Injection certification (must be willing to obtain during orientation).

  • Experience with Philips and Siemens equipment.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication, compassionate patient care, teamwork, and ability to maintain a collaborative work environment.
