Job Description

Provide patient care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) and Telemetry setting.
Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership for safe delivery of care.
Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 2 years of experience in Long Term Acute Care, including experience within the last year
Experience in a Long Term Acute Care setting
Telemetry experience
Ventilator and tracheostomy care experience
ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association

Work Hours

Approximately 36 hours per week
