Registered Nurse (LTAC/Telemetry) - Travel Position

Location: Dayton, Ohio
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 52 weeks (1 year)
Hours per Week: 36


Job Summary

Provide patient care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) and Telemetry setting, utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies. Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe delivery of care. Delegate and supervise patient care priorities based on staff education and experience. Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.


Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Ohio
  • Minimum of 2 years of Long Term Acute Care experience, including experience within the last year
  • ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Experience with ventilator and tracheostomy care
