Registered Nurse (LTAC/Telemetry) - Travel Position

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36

Job Summary

Provide nursing care to patients in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) and Telemetry setting. Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies. Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe delivery of care. Delegate and supervise patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New Mexico
Minimum 1 year of Long Term Acute Care experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
ACLS certification
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Experience with ventilators and tracheostomies
Knowledge of central lines

Work Schedule

Shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Additional Notes

Must maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
Responsible for direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care

This position is a travel assignment requiring adherence to facility policies and nursing standards.
