Registered Nurse (LTAC/Telemetry) - Travel Position
Location: Greensboro, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel
Job Summary
The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for providing patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies. This role requires critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe delivery of care. The nurse will maintain clinical competencies through continuing education, delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience, and supervise assigned personnel delivering patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Carolina
- Minimum 2 years of Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) experience, with LTAC experience within the last year
- ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Ventilator and tracheostomy care experience
- Telemetry experience

- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
- Must demonstrate leadership and delegation skills.
- Must maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
- Experience with telemetry and LTAC patient populations is implied.
