Job Description

Provide direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisors/managers, and co-workers.
Participate in the discharge planning process.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio.
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing.
Minimum 2 years of behavioral health experience, including experience within the last year.
Experience in an inpatient behavioral health setting.
ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
CPI certification.

Additional Information

May be required to float to other units.
Work schedule, EMR system, dress code, and parking details to be provided by the facility.
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
