Description

A great School is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing team!

Qualifications/Education and Experience:

National Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Certification OR PA-Issed Behavior Specialist License
Minimum 1 year BCBA experience required.

Duties Include:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skills assessments.
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide treatment decisions.
Supervise and provide feedback to RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and other support staff.
Train staff, families, and educators in ABA strategies and data collection.
Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client goals.
Participate in IEP meetings and treatment team planning.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports in accordance with agency and state requirements.
Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA/FERPA, and Pennsylvania DHS/PDE regulations.
Develop and oversee crisis intervention and safety plans.
Promote skill generalization and positive behavior change across home, school, and community settings.
