Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Connecticut Teaching Certification appropriate for the grade level and subject area (required).
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to educational equity and high expectations for all students.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
