Join a Labor & Delivery / Birthing Center team as a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment working 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) with 36 guaranteed hours per week. The RN will provide comprehensive care to antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, newborn, and pediatric patients in a Level I low-risk birthing center utilizing family-centered care and single-room maternity care. This role requires strong LDRP experience and the ability to care for mothers and newborns throughout the continuum of childbirth. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of current LDRP experience required
Experience in a facility with 400+ deliveries annually preferred
Active Vermont RN License required
AHA BLS Certification required
Travel experience highly preferred
Experience with C-sections, epidurals, electronic charting, and venipuncture preferred
Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) certification highly preferred
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification highly preferred
STABLE Certification highly preferred
AFM, NRP, and STABLE may be obtained during onboarding
Resume with all gaps greater than 30 days explained required
Skills checklist completed within the last year required
