Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment working Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with 40 guaranteed hours per week. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients recovering from surgery, injury, illness, and chronic conditions. This position will serve a variety of patient populations across inpatient, outpatient, and long-term care settings, with the primary focus on inpatient rehabilitation. The PT will develop individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring function, reducing pain, and maximizing independence. Requirements: 2+ years of Physical Therapy experience required
Active Michigan Physical Therapist license required
BLS (AHA) certification required
Experience in inpatient rehabilitation required
Experience in outpatient and/or long-term care settings preferred
Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills required
Experience developing individualized rehabilitation programs required
Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills required
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload required
Weekend rotation required
