Seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (IR RN) for a 13-week assignment working variable 40-hour schedules supporting a high-acuity Neuro IR Stroke Team environment. This role is based in a Level II Trauma and Primary Stroke Center and requires strong ICU and procedural experience. The IR RN will provide specialized patient care during neuro-interventional and vascular procedures while managing critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and interventions. Candidates must be experienced in high-acuity critical care settings and comfortable working in a fast-paced procedural environment with rotating call responsibilities. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
IR-only experience will not be accepted
Previous travel experience required — first-time travelers not accepted
Active RN License required
BLS Certification required
ACLS Certification required
NIHSS Certification required
Experience with ventilators, vasoactive drips, arterial lines, chest tubes, and critical care monitoring required
Epic charting experience required
Epic Cupid experience preferred
Must live 100+ miles from facility
Permanent staff must be separated from facility for 1 year before returning as travelers
