Description

Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg Telemetry experience required
Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience required
Active RN License required and must be on file at submission
AHA BLS Certification required
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required prior to start
Epic experience within the past 2 years required
CMSRN certification preferred
Ability to float to multiple telemetry units and ED Hold areas required
Must work every other weekend or as needed by unit staffing requirements
No block scheduling permitted
Complete work history with bed count, EMR, and facility information required
All employment gaps greater than 90 days must be explained
