This position is for an Occupational Therapist (OT) working day shifts from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with flexible part-time or full-time options. This is a permanent placement opportunity offering a pay range of $54–$58/hour, along with relocation assistance and sign-on incentives for qualified candidates. The OT provides rehabilitation services to help patients improve independence with daily activities and overall functional performance.

Requirements:
Candidates must hold an active Occupational Therapist license and have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Experience in rehabilitation, SNF, or outpatient settings is preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills are required.
