Help students find their voice and thrive in the classroom! Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to provide speech-language services to K–12 students in Fairfield, CA, during the 2026–2027 academic year.
Position Overview:
Provide on-site speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 50–55 K–12 students.
Conduct speech-language evaluations, interpret diagnostic results, and develop and implement IEP goals to support student success.
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary school teams to support communication goals and monitor student progress.
Maintain accurate and timely student records while demonstrating flexibility to support school site assignments based on district and student needs.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License (CA-SLP)
Prior school-based experience preferred, with the ability to independently manage a school-based caseload across multiple grade levels
Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
