Ready to make a meaningful impact on student success? Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in Ellicott City, MD, during the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Overview:
Provide high-quality speech and language services to students across elementary and middle school settings.
Deliver specialized therapy sessions tailored to student needs while ensuring continuity of care, progress monitoring, and effective service delivery.
Partner with school staff and families to maintain IEP goals and documentation, ensuring a seamless transition for students and the district team.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
Valid Maryland State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
Both experienced SLP-CCCs and Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply
Prior experience in an elementary or middle school setting is preferred, with a strong ability to adapt to diverse caseloads and school environments
